{Autumn family photography Farnham Surrey}
So this will be my first Autumn blog post since re-establishing my family photography business here in West Surrey. Autumn family photography in Farnham Surrey is very popular so now that our boxes are unpacked and the new office is looking like a hive of activity, it’s been business as usual here this Autumn.
The forests and the parks are just all aglow with colour here right now. We are just loving the Autumn colour here in Fanham and West Surrey and the locations here are exciting and new. It really has been a treat to arrive in such a forest and green laden area at this time of year. I can’t wait to get to know the parks and the forests as they move through the seasons during 2017, which will become my first full year as a family photographer here in Farnham.
I held my first family mini sessions this Autumn here in Farnham park and I got to meet some lovely new families. However, things have gotten busy (hooray!) so whilst I am editing these sessions for my new Surrey clients I thought I would pause for a moment and post this favourite session from last years Autumn family mini sessions. I chose this session to post as this family were just gorgeous and the location reminded me so much of my day out in Farnham Park last weekend; which is where I held this Autumn’s mini sessions. It’s avenue of tree’s, the vastness of the park space, the dog walkers and families enjoying bike rides ….. it was a great day out and luckily it was a dry day too!
I try not to give specific advice to families about what to wear as every families style will be different. I just offer good sound advice about unifying the family group using a limited selection of colours and keeping things simple. I would also never ask parents to dress their daughters in pretty white frocks either. It turns out Mum hadn’t planned for this either. The choice was entirely down to her daughter and here it has actually worked a treat as everyone is unified in the same limited collection of colours which stood out beautifully against the golden Autumn leaves. If you are reading this and you are wondering what to wear for your next family session take a look at the advice I have written by clicking here.
