{ 2014 Autumn Mini Family Portrait Photography Sessions – Booking now }
Autumn Mini Session date: Saturday 8th November, 2014
I have the following session times available: 9.00am, 10.00am, 11.00am, 12.00pm, 2.00pm, 3.00pm
Two of my session times have already been snapped up today, as the families had approached me, quite separately, requesting to be added to a waiting list to get first pick of my Autumn mini session times. So, you will need to get in quick if you want to take up this excellent offer for an Autumn mini session this year. I also have full session dates available from the middle of October. Get in touch with me now by clicking on the contact page above or simply phone me on: 0790377290. (Please request to be added to my waiting list for Spring or Summer dates if your interested too!)
Session location: This year’s location is likely to be Pinner Memorial Park so long as we get a good display of colour on the leaves by the 8th of November! (Last year we had to move the session to another park near by). I always confirm our location and meeting point one or two nights prior to your session and I always make sure locations are no more than a 20 minute drive from the centre of Harrow; if I do decide to set the location further afield.
Session Price: £120. This includes: your 25 minute session, your favourite 4 images on CD along with matching 8 x 6 mounted gift prints (hand delivered), a private online gallery of approximately 15 images available live for 5 days, a pre-session family questionnaire form via email and my skills editing your images, including artistic enhancements. Additional prints, USB memory sticks, wall art and albums are also available and these can be purchased separately.
Wet weather contingency: I have set a side Sunday the 9th of November in my diary as our wet weather contingency day. When you are considering booking, you would also need to keep this day free incase the weather lets us down on the Saturday. Unfortunately, due to my schedule and other bookings, I will not be able to move it to any other days if the weather is bad on the Sunday as well. If this is the case, you would have the choice of your money back or you could use your fee to book a full session for later in the Autumn or transfer your booking to a Spring Mini Session in 2015.
If you have not heard about my mini sessions before, please read on here to find out more about what they entail.
So you’re thinking about booking a mini family portrait session with Sarah Angel Photography?
What is a mini Session and how does this differ from a full session?
My mini sessions are 25 minutes in length (my full sessions last up to 3 hours and newborn sessions are between 3 and 4 hours). In my full sessions families usually choose one or often two separate locations and within these locations we will go for a walk, shooting in different spots to achieve a variety of sitting, standing and playing shots. A mini session will be in one set spot, which I will have chosen carefully for its good light and attractive scenery for the season. After a mini session, you will receive a minimum of 15 fully edited images in an online gallery, including family shots and individual shots of your child/children. After a full session you would receive around 40 or more fully edited images plus suggestions for wall displays/framing groups of images or album page arrangements etc.
Who is going to be photographed at the session?
A mini session is suitable for up to four family members. If you have more than two children (or if you wanted extended family members to join you in the session) then a full custom session would be more suitable for you so I had time to give to every member of your lovely big family. If you just want photos of your children and don’t want to be in them yourself, that’s absolutely fine as I will then spend the mini session photographing them. Just let me know when you fill out your booking form.
Why else would a mini session be right for our family this season?
- You are looking to update your existing family photo album.
- You are wanting to try a natural light, outdoor photography session for the first time and want to know if this is right for your family.
- You want to have just a few special shots to mark a particular time for your family – such as a family portrait for a Christmas card.
- You want to have more frequent sessions taken by a professional photographer, at an affordable rate, so you can come back and see me every year or even twice a year to generate a record of you all as you grow up together. (I can offer a special discount for multiple sessions booked together within a single year!)
- You want to buy the session as a present for someone special. (I have lovely gift vouchers available!).
